SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING (REBU REGIME) All prices are displayed in Euros (€). As La Casa De Cartas operates under the Special Regime for Used Goods (REBU - Régimen Especial de Bienes Usados), VAT is applied to our profit margin where applicable and is not separately itemized on your invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide valid payment information and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY While we strive for operational excellence, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the product is transferred to our logistics carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
