Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers residing within the European Union have the statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any justification. To exercise this right, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered: original, unopened, and in its pristine state. You are required to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Eligibility and Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: original, unused, and in its pristine factory packaging.

  • Note on Graded Cards: Any third-party certified (graded) item must remain untampered. If the protective slab (case) is cracked, opened, or altered, the item is strictly ineligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or any items that have been damaged or altered after delivery. Furthermore, items such as personalized or custom-ordered products are excluded from this policy.

3. Return Initiation Protocol To initiate a return, you must contact us at lacasadecartas@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Mandatory Shipping Instructions: To ensure correct processing at our registered business address, you must address the parcel explicitly to: Agora Libre Capital, S.L., Calle Alejandro Dumas 17, 29004 Málaga, Spain. Failure to include our company name may result in the package being rejected or misplaced by the virtual office facility.

  • Logistics: Upon approval of your request, we will provide specific instructions regarding the return shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

4. Damages and Order Discrepancies We advise all customers to inspect their order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if there is a discrepancy with the received order, please notify us immediately at lacasadecartas@gmail.com. Early notification is mandatory for us to evaluate the issue and implement a resolution.

5. Refund Process Once your return is received and subjected to a quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please be aware that banking institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your statement. If 15 business days have passed since our refund approval without receipt of funds, please contact us at lacasadecartas@gmail.com.
